Design – Please do not hesitate to share any ideas you have with us as we always listen to our customers. You may even want to take and bring some measurements or take a photograph of where the conservatory will sit. This will help us create a digital version of the conservatory to give you an idea of what it will be like.

Survey – We will take additional measurements at your house and also decide upon the positioning of any doors and windows.

Planning Permission – When it transpires that Planning Permission and / or Building Regulations Approval is needed beforehand, leave it to TWC to sort out. Very often our conservatories already meet the set guidelines and we’re automatically permitted to build a design.

Installation – Some companies only do certain parts of the installation, whereas TWC does everything with regards installation including digging the foundations, creating the base, constructing the dwarf walls, building the frames, roof and installing the glazing. You will be kept informed of what’s happening throughout.

Build Process – There is far less upheaval involved in building a conservatory in comparison to some home extensions. We regularly receive letters from customers telling us how stress-free they found the whole experience. They also write to express their gratitude to our staff for their punctual and friendly behaviour.

Finishing – All those important finishing touches are also taken care of. This can encompass plastering the walls, fitting the flooring and dealing with any electrics. Once we’re done, we’ll give the space a good clean and then supply you with a questionnaire to get your thoughts on the TWC experience.

We use a stringent 11-stage powder-coating process as that’s what it takes to make our aluminium finishes really sparkle when applied to the frame. It is also possible for us to create aluminium woodgrain finishes in Walnut, Rosewood and Oak, something we achieve by using a process called sublimation. These woodgrain finishes make our aluminium frames look amazingly like timber, but we promise they’re not!
