SURVEYING
After the design has been finalised and the order confirmed, a member of our surveying team will visit your home. There, they’ll undertake a site survey, record all necessary measurements and talk with you about the plans.
If planning permission is required, they’ll also gather all the necessary details.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
Your TWC surveyor will complete the planning application and submit it, along with all the relevant documents, to your local council for approval.
It can take anywhere up to 10 weeks for planning permission to be accepted and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
Ahead of the building work commencing, we’ll provide a schedule of works and coordinate all the tradespeople who’ll be working on the project.
We’ll also provide a point of contract who’ll manage everything on your behalf.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
Your building team will discuss brick match with you before they begin.
Once building works are complete, your frames and/or roof will be fitted. As we manage the entire process, you can rest assured that everything is planned out for you.
FINISHING
After your living space has been installed, we’ll ensure that you’re 100% happy with the work and rectify any snagging.
