You should provide a written competitor quote within 7 days of placing your order with TWC. This gives the team a clear timeframe to review the comparison properly. The quote should include enough detail to confirm product style, size, specification, installation requirements and service commitments, so everything can be checked fairly.
3. Does the competitor quote need full details?
Yes, the quote should clearly show what is included, not just the final price. Details such as product type, measurements, glazing, materials, guarantees, installation and any extras all help TWC make a fair assessment. Without enough information, it may not be possible to confirm whether the comparison is genuinely like-for-like.

Terms & Conditions
Notification of lower prices must be received within 7 days of signing TWC contract. Claims must be received in writing and addressed to our Swindon Showroom. Original copy of the competing offer and specification of the competing conservatory, orangery, window and door product must be enclosed with the claim. Only one claim per customer per order. TWC decision on whether a competitor’s product matches the features offered by us is final.
