Winners! TWC Triumph At 2026 GGP Installer Awards

Last Thursday night is one for the TWC history books because we only went and WON a GGP Installer Award!

Up against six other nominated companies, the judges of the annual event showcasing excellence in the installation of windows, doors, conservatories, and glazed extensions, chose TWC as the victors for ‘Business Resilience’.

What an honour to be the first-ever winners of this brand-new category, brought in this year to highlight glazing industry installers that have demonstrated innovation and flexibility in all areas of the business.

In particular, our customer communication, high quality service levels, and the effort we’ve made across the whole business to keep improving and innovating were recognised.

Proud Directors of TWC Home Improvements, Joseph Heaton and Andrew Hill, collected the award from the awards’ sponsor and BBC Breakfast sports presenter and host for the night, Mike Bushell. Let’s just say, they haven’t put the trophy down since!

Of course, this win isn’t just ours. It belongs to our incredible team, whose hard work never goes unnoticed, and to our amazing customers, who are at the heart of everything we do.

We had a fantastic time celebrating at the Midland Hotel in Manchester, together with scores of talented service providers, including our fellow Conservatory Outlet Premium Retailer, Hazlemere Window Company.

As you can imagine, the celebrations continued long after the ceremony finished and we’re still on cloud nine now.
