A tiled roof, sometimes also called a solid roof, contains authentic lightweight tiles / slates. While the addition of a tiled roof can cause a loss of natural light from an orangery structure, please don’t let put you off. Roof windows and integrated spotlights can be incorporated into the roofing system and tiled roofs are generally the best option if you want an orangery roof that complements the roof atop of your house.
