Design – Communicate the ideas you have for your orangery to our team of designers and they will inform you of how they can be realised. You might also want to pass on some rough measurements to us so that we can try to come up with a suitable solution on screen to show you how the finished orangery may look.

Survey – A thorough surveying of the site will take place involving one of our surveyors taking more accurate measurements for the proposed orangery.

Planning Permission – There is a possibility of planning permission and building regulations approval being required ahead of the orangery installation commencing. Although we may discover that the design automatically satisfies the guidelines and things can quickly proceed.

Installation – TWC will take care of all installation requirements including digging the foundations, creating the base, constructing the walls, and fitting the window frames, roof and glazing. You will be kept informed of everything along the way.

Build Process – Building an orangery is more straightforward than erecting most other forms of home extension. We regularly receive positive feedback from our customers telling us how impressed they were with our building work. They also love our committed team of builders and installers.

Finishing – Rely on us to handle any plastering, flooring and electrical needs on your behalf. We are also qualified to take care of fitting ceiling fans and it will be left in pristine condition upon our departure. Our Residence 9 colours are influenced by the coloured finishes you would typically see on 19^th Century timber windows, with options including Corse Lawn, Eclectic Grey, English, Irish and Silvered Oak. However, these finishes are created to last so that you never have to repaint them.
