Position Overview

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers in local areas and introducing them to our exceptional range of products and services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills, build relationships, and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits within designated areas to generate interest in TWC Home Improvements’ products and services.
• Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and addressing their needs.
• Provide accurate and compelling information about our range of windows, doors, conservatories, and other home improvement offerings.
• Collect contact information and schedule appointments for our sales team to provide further consultations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Self-motivated and confident in initiating conversations with potential customers.
• Positive attitude and the ability to adapt to various personalities and situations.
• Basic computer skills for entering and managing lead information.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Window, Door, and Conservatory Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor at TWC Home Improvements, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate measurement and assessment of sites, enabling the seamless execution of design and installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct precise and thorough site surveys for windows, doors, and conservatories at clients’ homes.
• Accurately measure dimensions, assess structural integrity, and evaluate installation requirements.
• Produce detailed survey reports and drawings using industry-standard software.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, explain survey results, and clarify installation processes.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with site-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in surveying for windows, doors, and conservatories is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and surveying equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal coordination.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the home improvement industry? TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe, leading names in window, door, and extension installations, are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

This is an advisory role where you will oversee and enhance our Health and Safety practices across installation sites for windows, doors, and new build extensions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Monitoring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and promoting site safety standards.
• Providing guidance on health and safety protocols, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.
• Collaborating with our installation teams to maintain a safe working environment.

This position offers flexibility, with specific training provided to align with our operations. However, we require candidates with a solid base of experience and knowledge in Health and Safety consultancy, particularly within construction or similar industries.

About You

• Qualifications: Relevant Health and Safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent) are essential.
• Experience: Proven experience in a Health and Safety role, ideally within construction, window/door installations, or new build projects.
• Skills: Strong understanding of PPE requirements, site safety procedures, and risk assessment processes. Excellent communication skills to advise and train teams effectively.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a safe working environment.
