When you reside in a period property, you need to please the planners in order to be allowed to install new windows. Residence 9 might be exactly what you’re looking for, just like it was exactly what the owners of this house were after. Modelled on a traditional 19th Century Flush Sash Timber Window, Residence 9 has done wonders for the property and was supplied in a Clotted Cream finish. The Clotted Cream adds an abundance of charm to what was already a charismatic property full of life.
Residence 9 has been proudly developed in Britain, so that was a further selling-point for the owners as they’re a very patriotic family, highlighted by the Union Jack cushion. Just like any good British-made flush sash window, it has deep internal and external cills and various authentic pieces of furniture including monkeytail handles and stays. They also chose to accessorise the design with Georgian bars and we have to applaud that decision as have further enhanced the character of the window design. What they arguably adore most about Residence 9 though is how much warmer it makes their home feel in all weathers and not needing to lift a finger in terms of window maintenance.
